Application PIN Set Up and Settings

Initial Sign In:

When a user first logs into the application they will be prompted to set up a passcode- either biometric (fingerprint or face ID if the phone supports it) or a pin code if:

  • The user does not have a passcode on the phone
  • If the institution requires an app passcode for all mobile users
  • If the User does not have biometrics and forgets the PIN:
  • Click Forgot Passcode?
  • Select OK
  • Instruct the user to log back into Cureatr
  • After entering the correct Credentials, the user will then be prompted to set a new app PIN
Changing a PIN

If a user wants to change their PIN:

iOS:

  • Click on the Account Icon located at the bottom right corner.
  • Click Security Settings.
  • Click Change Passcode.
  • Enter your App PIN and Confirm the App PIN.

Android:

  • Click the Account Icon in the bottom right corner.
  • Click Security Settings.
  • Click Change app passcode.
  • Enter your Current App PIN.
  • Enter your New App PIN.
  • Confirm the App PIN.
Changing a PIN Lockout Time

If a user wants to change the App Pin lockout time:

iOS:

  • Click on the Account Icon located at the bottom right corner.
  • Click Security Settings.
  • Click Change Passcode Timeout.
  • Select the Appropriate time from the list.

Android:

  • Click the Account Icon in the bottom right corner.
  • Click Security Settings.
  • Click Automatically lock.
  • Select the Appropriate time from the list.
