Initial Sign In:
When a user first logs into the application they will be prompted to set up a passcode- either biometric (fingerprint or face ID if the phone supports it) or a pin code if:
- The user does not have a passcode on the phone
- If the institution requires an app passcode for all mobile users
- If the User does not have biometrics and forgets the PIN:
- Click Forgot Passcode?
- Select OK
- Instruct the user to log back into Cureatr
- After entering the correct Credentials, the user will then be prompted to set a new app PIN
Changing a PIN
If a user wants to change their PIN:
iOS:
- Click on the Account Icon located at the bottom right corner.
- Click Security Settings.
- Click Change Passcode.
- Enter your App PIN and Confirm the App PIN.
Android:
- Click the Account Icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click Security Settings.
- Click Change app passcode.
- Enter your Current App PIN.
- Enter your New App PIN.
- Confirm the App PIN.
Changing a PIN Lockout Time
If a user wants to change the App Pin lockout time:
iOS:
- Click on the Account Icon located at the bottom right corner.
- Click Security Settings.
- Click Change Passcode Timeout.
- Select the Appropriate time from the list.
Android:
- Click the Account Icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click Security Settings.
- Click Automatically lock.
- Select the Appropriate time from the list.
