The Institution’s support team can communicate with any Cureatr Users via Cureatr that have logged into the application.
The Institution’s Support Team is visible to users in the Cureatr network. To successfully communicate with a user – the Institution’s support team should first message the user they are trying to help.
If the support team does not wish to maintain that connection, they should instruct the user to “archive” that message conversation, hiding it from the inbox.
