Locked User Accounts

User says their Account is locked.
  • Please follow internal escalation process to check User Status in Cureatr Admin panel.
  • If the user is locked, there will be a red “Locked” with a date and time stamp of when that user was locked on the right hand side
To unlock a user click “Unlock User”
  • The password will be the password he or she had set before.
  • If the user does not remember his or her password, they can reset the password by clicking “Reset Password” and following the steps listed in “User Cannot Log In” number 3b.
