Logging in for the first time (activation link)
- Check your email inbox for an email from Cureatr Support.
- Click the magic link in the email.
- You will be prompted to set and confirm a new password.
- Click the checkbox to Accept Cureatr’s terms of service.
- Click Create password.
- Once the password is set, you will be asked to go to login.
- Your email address will be populated for you. Click Continue.
- Enter in the password you just set. Click Log In.
Logging in for the first time (Single Sign On):
- Check your email inbox for an email from Cureatr Support.
- You will be asked to messenger.cureatr.com
- Click “Log in with Institution” underneath the Email Address option
- Search for your institution and click the name as it appears
- You will be redirected to your institution’s log in page.
- Please enter in your institution’s credentials to log in
