Submitting a Ticket to Cureatr
For Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets please submit the following information.
- Ticket Number
- User ID
- First Name, Last Name
- Support follow contact
- Mobile Device Make and Model
- Device Operating System and Version
- Cureatr Version (can be found in Settings)
- Connectivity (mobile data or Wi-Fi)
- If Wi-Fi, is Wi-Fi Network public or private?
- Is failure repeatable by support?
- Steps taken prior to failure point.
